Sandy Downs, account director at PR and communications firm TeamSpirit, was 2021's Diversity Champion of the Year in the small firms category.
Her dedication to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion across her organisation, as well as opening up dialogue with the companies with whom she works, earned her the well-deserved accolade two years ago.
Downs will give the prestigious keynote speech at the Awards ceremony at the Biltmore Mayfair Hotel on June 22.
Downs will explain what being a diversity champion means to her and how an inclusive approach helps promote better business standards in financial services.
Now in their fifth year, the Diversity in Finance Awards 2023 will showcase other winners and highly commended candidates, whose passion for promoting DE&I and advocating for positive change across their spheres of influence has won the admiration of the judges.
FTAdviser is also excited to welcome the fantastically talented comedian and presenter Aurie Styla as our host with the most on the night.
